There are quite a few road closures at the moment...
Sidmouth, Temple Street
5th to 6th November 2009
52A/B diverted from Arcot Road via Winslade Rd & Station Rd and then they'll pick up the normal route at All Saint's Road
The 382 will operate along Station Road both ways and will miss out Temple Street and All Saint's Road
Paignton, Brixham Road
2nd to 13th November 2009
12A and 66 from the College towards Brixham will operate via the normal route until Gibson Road and then operate via Cherry Brook Drive and Dartmouth Road to Windy Corner picking up the normal route from there.
12A and 66 from Brixham towards the College and MS3 from Brixham towards Marks and Spencers will operate via the normal route until Windy Corner, but will continue straight on instead of going down Brixham Road, then turn left into Cherry Brook Drive and then pick up the normal route from Gibson Road.
120 Services from Kingswear to South Devon College will not operate via Brixham Road, but instead will continue straight on towards Paignton and then turn at Goodrington Road. When the service returns from Paignton to Kingswear on the 1636, operating via the College, the service will operate the normal route to the College but when leaving the College, it will operate back via the same route Goodrington Road and then left operating the normal route to Kingswear which would be followed during the day when not operating via the College.
Bickleigh, A396
The road is completely closed on these dates:
19:00 – 0700 for one night, 2nd November 2009
19:00 – 0700 for five nights from 16th November 2009
19.00 to 07.00 for five nights from 1st December 2009 (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
Bickleigh Bridge also has improvement works 16th to 20th November 2009, but will not be closed.
Newton Abbot, Sherborne Road
All bus services which use the shelters outside Somerfields will drop off and pick up from Market Street. This is the first stage of the Sherborne Road improvement works. The stops opposite, with services towards Bovey Tracey, Exeter, Decoy, Teignmouth and Kingsteignton shouldn't be affected.
Hopefully, that's all for now!
